A registry of kosher wine certification and composition: what is in it and what is not.

An open registry of facts published by third parties: certifying agencies, producers and product labels. Every statement carries a source, an observation date and a link to the original.

What is in it

Producer, wine, bottling lot. Certification records and their lifecycle: body, number, validity, status. Mevushal and kosher for Passover. Ingredients and processing agents. Agricultural status as an informational indicator.

The unit of record is the bottling lot, not the wine. The same name in different years carries a different certificate and a different composition.

What is not in it

The legal status of origin by jurisdiction. This is a deliberate decision, applied to all territories alike rather than selectively.

Halachic rulings. Comparisons or rankings of certifying bodies. Wine scores or reviews.

How reliability is built

No statement is published without a reference to evidence. Records are superseded rather than deleted; the change history is linked by a hash chain whose root is published daily.

An empty field means no confirmed data, not a negative answer.

Why it exists

The registry is not for sale and is not a service. It exists because data on origin, certification and composition is needed in the work, and because a public, verifiable version of it is more useful than a closed one.
